AGORA SEARCH is committed to guaranteeing the unconditional confidentiality of the data we store, and we make our staff aware of this.

AGORA SEARCH only communicates a candidate’s data (CV) with the candidate’s consent (never without the candidate’s knowledge, unless the CV has been made anonymous).

AGORA SEARCH never uses this data for any activity other than recruitment consulting.

AGORA SEARCH implements IT security procedures to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to stored data.

The publication of advertisements whose sole purpose is to build up a database of candidates (without a real job to be filled) is prohibited.

AGORA SEARCH respects the fundamental rights of the individual, respects privacy and does not discriminate on the basis of the list established by the legislator. In particular, AGORA SEARCH prohibits the collection of information such as: date of entry into France, date of naturalization, state of health, political opinion, etc.

AGORA SEARCH authorizes the storage of the contact details of persons referred to by our candidates in the name of legitimate interest, but guarantees their confidentiality and limited use.


Reporting to Luce NORDON, CEO of AGORA SEARCH, Christelle CHARRUET has been appointed DPO.

  • It cooperates with the supervisory authority (CNIL) and is its contact point.
  • It is responsible for implementing compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation,
  • It informs and advises the firm’s management and staff, providing them with tools for mapping processing, assistance in drafting internal processes, documentation, etc,
  • It monitors compliance with the Regulation and with national data protection law,
  • It cooperates with the supervisory authority (CNIL) and is its contact point.
