Karine Devies

Karine began her professional career with Cabinet Antenor before joining Agora Search, where she specialized in the insurance sector. Since 2011, she has been Director of the Insurances-Finances practice, assisting customers in the recruitment of Top Managers in the insurance sector.
She has acquired solid experience in identifying and attracting profiles for key positions within various French and international insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, mutuals and institutions and bancassurance, as well as in risk management consulting and risk management, in which she has developed cutting-edge expertise.

Graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris.
Fanny has many years’ experience in product and process innovation, acquired within major international industrial groups.
She joined Agora Search in 2005 and heads up the Industry, FMCG, Luxury Goods and Retail practice.
She has extensive industrial expertise and supports customers who are undergoing a transformation of their business, both operationally and strategically.
She works with SMEs, ETIs and major groups looking for tailor-made support in their search for new talent, the creation of succession plans and the mapping of target organizations within their ecosystem.
In addition to her industry expertise, she helps companies strengthen their management structure to meet current and future challenges.
HOGAN certified, Fanny combines her solid professional experience with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
Franck Burillon
Partner
Capitalizing on an initial career of 25 years in Organization and Management Consulting, including 20 years with leading firms (PwC, Deloitte, Ineum Consulting/Kurt Salmon, Accenture) up to Partner positions, and 5 years in entrepreneurial projects, Franck has been a Partner (Senior Consultant) in Executive Search since 2015.
Franck supports recruitment projects for Executives, Managers and Experts in the Services sector (including Consulting). An expert in the Corporate Finance function, he covers, by extension, Support functions. Franck also works in the IT, IS and Digital fields, providing support to CIOs and market-leading ESNs.
In addition, Franck manages the “Education” practice (Higher Education and Executive Education), through which he carries out assignments for several top-ranked Business Schools.
Franck is Hogan Assessment® certified.
Claire Datus

A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Rennes and the Institut du Coaching International de Genève, Claire has been a recruitment specialist for almost 20 years.
Her dual expertise in cultural and technological fields, combined with 8 years of international experience (Bolivia for UNICEF, professional coaching for expatriates in Brazil), gives her a broad and enriching versatility.
Returning to France at the end of 2021, she will return to her original profession, drawing on her diversified knowledge of culture, technology, the public sector and international development.
Our ability to integrate different perspectives and our international experience enable us to work on strategic recruitment projects, with a particular focus on support functions: Finance, Legal, HR, CSR, etc., for small and medium-sized businesses as well as large international groups and public institutions.
Delphine Foucaud

With an MBA from EDHEC, Delphine began her career at PROCTER&GAMBLE in the Marketing department, before joining and developing the activities of the CIRCULAR Marketing Services Group, first as Sales & Marketing Director, then as General Manager for over 15 years. She then held positions in General Management, Strategy and Development within a family-owned group, before becoming a Partner in Consulting.
Delphine joins AGORA SEARCH to develop the Business Services activity in particular, in management positions.
Christelle Charruet

DEA in Cognitive Psychology.
Christelle is developing her expertise in direct approach in various markets: Banking / Finance / Insurance / Industry / IT. She joined Agora Search in 2013 as a Senior Researcher.
After carrying out assignments for all practices, she specialized in the Consumer Goods, Industry and Retail sectors.
She is also DPO at Agora Search.
Aurélie Zemour

With a double doctorate in Human and Social Sciences (Université Côte d’Azur and Sapienza Università di Roma), Aurélie began her career in scientific research with public bodies in France and abroad.
After an initial experience in Executive Search, she joined Agora Search in 2020 as a Consultant.
Aurélie first developed her expertise within the Financial Services & Real Estate Practice, before joining the High-tech & Digital Practice in 2022.
She manages recruitment missions in the field of innovation, both for start-ups and for major international groups.
Aurélie is Hogan Assessment® certified.
Natacha Lusignan
Office Manager & PA
Natacha worked in the healthcare sector for 15 years, before taking an interest in HR and joining Agora in 2013 as a Team Assistant.
In 2022, she expanded her role as Office Manager & Personal Assistant to the Management: a 360° vision and action for the smooth running of the structure and her team.
Natacha is an RNCP-certified Professional Development Consultant.
