“Think global, act different”

Our signature, figuratively and literally, reflects

The challenges facing our customers

In a booming, open world economy, transformation is a major challenge—and human resources play a strategic role.

Thinking globally means raising the bar in terms of its agility and sustainability, excellence and boldness. With our support in recruitment, onboarding, developing talent, leadership, and strategic planning, you can develop an employee experience that creates real value—and real values—for both the employee and the company.

Our expertise and interpersonal skills:

Today’s leading organizations favor a more inclusive, cross-functional approach, delivering more tailored, more innovative, more high-performance results. The wide range of expertise and diversity of experience offered by our consultants enables us to share best practices and inter-sectoral insights. Whatever the field of operation, we adopt a globally designed approach, a 360° vision of the issue and its challenges. We provide solutions that target your specific challenges, solutions that break away from the status quo. Two fundamental values drive us and forge our mindset: excellence and boldness.

Our name

Agora, comes from the Greek word “ἀγορά” the central square for meetings and exchanges. Since it was founded almost 40 years ago, AGORA SEARCH has always cultivated circularity, diversity of inspirations and models, shared experience and efficiency.
