We use the scientifically proven Hogan inventory.
This inventory proposes an analysis based on 3 dimensions:
- potential: capacity to act/predictive validity
- values: essential to long-term integration into the company
- derailment factors: incorrect behavior which could lead to risks and endanger a situation.
2 additional tests are also possible to assess reasoning and managerial abilities, followed with structured interviews to discuss the results of the tests with the candidate or to confront them with simulated situations.
This interview will serve to validate the hypotheses and characteristics raised by the test.
