The diffusion of advertisements whose only purpose is to constitute a database of candidates (without any real position to be filled) is forbidden.

AGORA SEARCH forbids in particular to collect information such as: date of entry in France, date of naturalization, health status, political opinion...
AGORA SEARCH authorizes to keep the contact information of the persons quoted in reference by our candidates in the name of the legitimate interest, but guarantees its confidentiality and a limited use.
