  • AGORA SEARCH is committed to guaranteeing the unconditional confidentiality of the data stored and we make our employees aware of this subject.

  • AGORA SEARCH only communicates a candidate's data (CV) with his or her consent (never without his or her knowledge, except if the CV has been made anonymous).

  • AGORA SEARCH never uses this data for any other activity than recruitment consulting.

  • AGORA SEARCH implements computer security procedures to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to the stored data.

  • The diffusion of advertisements whose only purpose is to constitute a database of candidates (without any real position to be filled) is forbidden.

  • AGORA SEARCH exercises its profession in the respect of the fundamental rights of the human being, is respectful of the private life and does not practice any principle of discrimination, based on the list established by the legislator. AGORA SEARCH forbids in particular to collect information such as: date of entry in France, date of naturalization, health status, political opinion...

  • AGORA SEARCH authorizes to keep the contact information of the persons quoted in reference by our candidates in the name of the legitimate interest, but guarantees its confidentiality and a limited use.


Under the authority of Luce NORDON, CEO of AGORA SEARCH, Christelle CHARRUET has been appointed DPO.

  • She is in charge of implementing the compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation,

  • She informs and advises the head of the firm as well as his collaborators (provision of tools for mapping the processing, assistance in drafting internal processes, documentation ...),

  • She monitors compliance with the regulation and national law on data protection,

  • She cooperates with the supervisory authority (CNIL) and is its point of contact.
